Excelsius Project
“To make no mistakes is not in the power of man; but from their errors and mistakes the wise and good learn wisdom for the future.”
Excelsius Project is about acknowledging and confronting what broken or hurting, healing, having the courage to dream and want more for yourself, and then striving upward.
This is a space for learning to rebuild a relationship with yourself, and it’s a journey in self-discovery and self-exploration.
Conditioning from upbringing, social, and societal pressure, or toxicity can lead to people-pleasing, blurred boundaries, and an erosion of self-trust. And the consequences of people pleasing and low self-esteem can have devasting consequences.
I know that pattern well. For much of my life I questioned my instincts, tolerated situations that drained me, and struggled to understand why the same dynamics kept repeating.
Breaking those cycles required honest reflection and a willingness to examine my own patterns. Excelsius Project grew out of that process.
Through journaling and reflection, this space explores the patterns that keep us stuck and the insights that help reclaim self- trust and self-reliance.
This is not therapy or coaching.
It is a place for thoughtful introspection.
A place to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your inner compass.
