8. Products and Services

The Site may offer products, digital downloads, or memberships featuring Excelsius Project designs and content. 9. Payment

The Site uses third-party payment processors to process purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and selected payment method at the prices in effect at the time such charges are incurred.

10. Payment Processing

All payments made through the Site are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at https://stripe.com/legal.

By using Stripe for payments, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize Excelsius Project to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees related to your purchase;

  • You acknowledge that Excelsius Project does not store or have access to your full payment details; all transactions are securely processed by Stripe;

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date;

  • All purchases are subject to approval and may be declined or canceled at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or legal restrictions;

  • Any refunds, chargebacks, or disputes are subject to Stripe’s policies and may require additional processing time.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
